BenQ ScreenBar e-Reading Lamp Review (and tips to reduce eye strain at the computer)

BenQ reached out to me about reviewing their Screenbar computer monitor lamp which is meant to reduce eye strain while working at the computer, save desk space and eliminate glare. I have been looking for a good lighting solution for my desk so I decided to try it out and share my findings here. I did receive this product for free.
