What's it like to work for the search engine that plants trees? At Ecosia, we all share a common goal. We’re interested in fighting climate change, not generating profits for shareholders. Whether it’s writing code or photographing our trees on a mountain in Kenya, we all do our bit to reforest the planet.

Our team of 35 people is based in Berlin, Germany, home to a thriving startup scene and liberal working culture. We can work from home two days a week, and have weekly team breakfasts, and can attend climate marches during work hours. We value a good work-life balance!
