Discussion Video (part 2) Call received, RAS established? + Future Audits

Sorry for poor transitions and what not! I will try and get better software as I move forward.

In this video I reference the People of Illinois vs Robert Eyler Jr. ( to negate the claim that there was RAS to detain me in my Kewanee video. The People vs Robert Eyler Jr clearly outlines minimum requirements to conduct a Terry stop, after I listened to the call it was clear that the only thing reported was that there "is (was) a man walking on the sidewalk taking video of the front and the side of the bank" this does not go along with officer Gearheart's claim that there was a man trying to steal information possibly from ATMs. This was RAS made from scratch. I discuss it further in the video as well as announce a lawsuit against the Mendota Police Dept. Furthermore I discuss my future near future in auditing as well as my channel's future.
