Punctuation points - taking a few minutes to pause in your day, stop, ground yourself, and breathe. I was with a friend recently in the British Museum. He can read Greek so we were looking at an inscription and he pointed out the there was no punctuation. Imagine if the full stop had never been invented! Yet we live our life without punctuation, rushing through from one activity to the next. This mindfulness mediation invites you to stop and pause and find a few minutes of calm in the stress and busyness of the day. This is a very effective self-care practice, learning to stop and take a few minutes to rest.
