Homemade Aalu Chop/ Aloo chop recipe
Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Aloo Chop. This step by step aloo chop recipe is easy to follow and delicious to eat. Aalu chop is a delicious fried snack made from potatoes and different spices dipped in the batter and then fried in the oil. It is served with puffed rice or beaten rice as afternoon snack. Aloo chop is also made in southern part of Nepal, Bihar, Jharkand and Orissa. Aloo Chop is a street food in Nepal.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For Batter:
Gram Flour 200 gm
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Chili powder
Salt as per taste
Water as necessary
For potato filling:
5-6 medium sized potatoes
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 medium sized onions
2-3 green chilies
1 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
a handful fresh coriander
