Electric Current | Conventional flow of Current | Class 10 | Physics | Letstute

Electric Current | Conventional flow of Current | Class 10 | Physics | Letstute Hello Friends,
In this video we are going to what is electric current and flow of electrons.
Now we know that electrons move negative terminal to the positive terminal. But, previously, scientists didn't know about this and they assumed that positive ions move from positive to negative terminal. We still use this method to show the flow of current and this is known as conventional flow of electric current.
We can also see that how we use the analogy of water to understand the flow of current.
When we add a resistor, the flow of current is reduced. So exactly the flow of electrons is blocked due to the resistor. We have used a couple of resistors. Higher the power of resistor, lower the flow of current.
We have also covered about ohm's law in this video.
