Hi! Sorry I didn't have time for a voice over on this one. I thought I had lost the footage of this dutch pour but found it in my backup files. Happy Days! I'll post a dried photo in my community tab here on youtube. I layered a thin layer of Amsterdam Titanium White and water mix for the base. Very thin. The tube paints and pigments were mixed with my equivalent to the Sheleeart pouring medium. I get my primary elements and bling it from colourarte!

3 parts Valspar wood and metal v700, interior gloss, base C
1 part polyurethane gloss varnish (try to get a triple thick one)
Cell Activator: Australian Flood Floetrol and Amsterdam Titanium White 1:1 ratio
