*To Clean the Clams:
In running water, wash Clams and transfer in a bowl of water with Salt to remove dirt, let sit in for 2 hours to allow the Clams to expel dirt, then discard water, wash and drain.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Halaan (Clams)
1 inch size Ginger, sliced into strips
1 medium Onion, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
4 pcs Tomato, cut into small dice
3 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 litre Water
1 cup Malunggay Leaves (Moringa Oleifera)
NOTE: you can add Salt or Flavoured Seasoning
