Commands to run in command prompt (RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR):
pip3 install transformers pyjarowinkler colorama
pip3 install torch==1.3.1 -f
IF torch one gives error try this instead
pip3 install
Keep in mind you'll need realistically 5-6GB of VRAM for this to work. Check what graphics card you have.
You also do not have to run it in CMD. You can run it in Powershell or Windows Terminal (From Microsoft Store, personal recommendation.)

Forgot to mention in regards to installing the cuDNN file you download.
Drag and drop the contents inside the .\cuda to: C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v10.2\
