Ottawa County to establish groundwater commission o curb a mounting shortage, Ottawa County plans to create what officials are calling the first county groundwater commission in Michigan.

"It establishes a strong presence that Ottawa County is tackling the issue head on," said Paul Sachs, director of planning and performance improvement.
