Montenegro is indeed a beautiful place on our planet. And if some people may consider it for a summer vacation with lots of swimming and sunbathing, it is also quite interesting to pay a visit during the winter time as well. The festivals that take place in the off-season are quite a few but I had the opportunity to attend just 2 of them twice.
