Network Functions Interconnect (NF-IX) in action (extended version)

Nokia VP of IP Routing and Mobile Packet Core, Rudy Hoebeke, introduces Nokia’s NF-IX architecture with NF-IX Product Manager, Mustapha Aissaoui, demonstrating NF-IX in action performing an end-to-end 5G network slicing use-case. The Nokia Network Services Platform (NSP) is shown as it acts as a Segment Routing Interconnect Controller (SR-IC) that automates transport connectivity between new 5G core network functions and the 5G RAN.
