Harry and Meghan: Will Canada pay for their security?

It has emerged that the Duchess of Sussex did not join the Royal summit at Sandringham to discuss how she and Prince Harry can 'step back' from being full-time royals.

Meghan is currently staying in a gated community on Vancouver Island in Canada with her baby son Archie - from where Sky's Greg Milam reports.
