Foreign Office warns against travel to coronavirus-hit China as Britons are set to return | ITV News

The Foreign Office has warned against "all but essential travel" to mainland China as Britons in the coronavirus-hit province of Hubei could be flown home as early as Thursday.

It comes as more than 100 people have now died in the country, with confirmed infections surging to more than 4,500.

The British embassy in Beijing has said transport to get UK citizens out "may happen quickly and with short notice".
