NIKIN – Interview Colin Averill - we need a trillion trees!

NIKIN is a sustainable clothing brand from Switzerland that plants one tree for each product.

In October 2019 we visited Dr. Colin Averill at the ETH in Zurich. Global reforestation is the most effective measure against climate change. The world needs a trillion new trees to absorb two-thirds of the CO2 emissions caused by human activity. This is the conclusion of a study by ETH Zurich. We spoke with Dr. Colin Averill, who was involved in the study.
