Moving house and beginning a HUGE project! | Minecraft PS4 Bedrock (1.15)

Welcome all to more Minecraft Bedrock! Today we will begin work on an actual place to live, far away from our first bunker and with many points of interest nearby! Since last stream I have done about 1hr of mining and I have found over 64 diamonds... Is this version of MC too easy to find diamonds... or do I just have X-ray on?
