Homeownership Strategy: How you know WHEN its the right time to buy a Home

There are 3 things you need to know before buying a home:
- How long do you plan to be in the area
- How long will the home in question suit your needs
- What is your exit strategy in case you cannot live there long-term

It is OK to be a renter, so long as you:
1 - Have a good reason to rent (not sure where you want to be long-term yet, don't have down payment or can't qualify for financing yet, etc)
2 - You are saving money every month that will go toward your eventual down payment on the home.
