A lot of times people can get analysis paralysis deciding what is the best approach because there is so much information that can be confusing.
Understanding and educating yourself is important but at some point you just have to start and learn from experience and taking action.
In this video i talk about 3 key components that i believe are most important in any style of nutrition regime:
1. Energy balance/calorie deficit
2. Adequate protein intake
3. Mostly wholefoods
