Coffee shop culture is here to stay. But Business Insider reports it's important to avoid some bad habits.
For instance, never use the tip jar to "pay" your bill if you're short on cash. Seriously!
If you plan to hang out at a coffee shop for hours on end, be courteous enough to at least order a coffee.
And don't make the mistake of annoying staff and other customers by making the place your personal office.
Noisy phone calls and online conferences are obnoxiously disturbing!
Nor should you make a coffee shop your go-to pit stop when you're out on your rounds. Bathrooms are for customers!
Finally, if you aren't going to finish your hot drink, don't dump it in the trash.
It will melt the bag and make a mess! Give it to your barista to dispose of properly.
