Michael Crabtree was just cut by the Cardinals, Eric Berry remains unsigned and Dez Bryant says he wants to return by mid-october. So would the Oakland Raiders be interested in any of these free agents? While we were filming, a player on our list got signed so the Raiders will have to move quick! Raiders Report host Mitchell Renz has come up with a list of players he thinks the Raiders should target including Michael Crabtree, T.J. McDonald and Brandon Marshall. George Iloka is a name that always mentioned in Raiders free agency targets and it’s understandable. Iloka has bounced from six years with the Bengals to the Vikings earlier this season in a one-year deal. Iloka played his best seasons under Guenther’s guidance and would give the Raiders some veteran depth. Eric Berry, E.J. Gaines and T.J. McDonald are other players that could help the secondary.
Derek Carr has been criticized this season for Jon Gruden’s dink and dunk offense. This past week against the Vikings, Carr had 34 attempts but only targeted downfield twice. Plug in a veteran WR like Dez Bryant or Michael Crabtree could help the Raiders stretch the field.
