THE GUY DID NOT GET A TICKET FOR PANHANDLING They were hassling him though about a matter that happened at the motel next door!.( In Fort Worth they still ticket panhandlers in some areas) HOWEVER, THERE WAS TWO CARS AND THREE COPS! AND IF HE WAS NOT DOING ANTHING WRONG, WHY ARE THEY AFRAID OF THE CAMERAS. ALSO, notice that the other gas bays are EMPTY SOOOO????? Turns out it is LEGAL to hold a sign in DALLAS. . BUT, what about the story within the story? How do we ax a society help those living on the streets?
