When I Created An Entire World WITHOUT NPC's in Forager

I wanted more room for dumb ideas so naturally I find a way to make it happen. To do this I need to use landfill for every space of the map instead of buying islands. This is a very long and slow process, and as it turns out nothing wants to spawn on 90% of the filled land for some reason. But mission accomplished, no NPC's to take up my valuable real estate.
