We have been asked a few times about how to do a skin fade with detachable blades. I use my Andis Supra ZR on a regular basis but only really to bald out prior to a fade (As it is quick and effective and saves your trimmer blades) and for bulk removal because of the power of the Supra ZR it cuts through thick hair effortlessly. I had never really tried a full skin fade using the detachable blades, so I had the opportunity the other day to try it and I though I would share it as a tutorial.
