Jammu & Kashmir Includes PoK And Aksai Chin J&K Says Amit Shah In Lok Sabha

Home Minister Amit Shah today said Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and it included Pakistan occupied Kashmir too. Addressing the Lok Sabha after he moved the resolution to revoke Article 370, Shah attacked the Congress for “questioning” the status of the state and added that Parliament had the right to make laws on the state. The development comes a day after the Rajya Sabha approved a resolution abrogating Article 370 for Jammu and Kashmir and a bill to bifurcate the state into two Union Territories.
