Living a grateful life is not in entirety difficult; it is just about taking time to understand the reason why the things that happen. There is nobody that is born ungrateful, certain things make people react that way, and everyone has felt that at some point in their lives. So, I can make bold to say that it is human nature, to show some degrees of gratitude and also ungratefulness.

Feeling angry and disappointed is normal for every human, and it is okay to wish that things happened a little differently. There is nothing wrong about paying deaf ears to reality or suppressing your emotions. But there is a difference between accepting your feelings and stewing in them.

It might not be possible to be feeling grateful all the time, but it is possible to be grateful more often than not, and this can be made possible by implementing and emphasizing these following beliefs.
