One of BJP’s candidate in Sancoale constituency has been declared victorious unopposed after Congress neither filed their nomination nor could decide on whom to support. Accepting flaws from party side, GPCC President has alleged BJP of hijacking candidates who could file nomination in the constituency against them. Meanwhile, Minister Mauvin Godinho has stated that Congress is on its way to finish itself. While, as Election Commission has scrutinized the nominations a total of 236 nominations are been declared valid with 119 from North and 117 from South Goa.
