County governments challenged to heighten surveillance on any health related eventuality

Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has challenged county governments to heightened surveillance and preparedness on any health related eventuality. Wamalwa said it was paramount to address the quality healthcare issue as it will aid in stimulating socio- economic diversity and development.
