2018 ZX10R SE MODS, EXPLANATION, WALK AROUND plus WOOLICH AUTOTUNE I decided to do a walk around to show some of my more visible mods and customized parts, give some explanation for some things and ramble a lil as well, this is unedited with exception of my license plate. At the end I show what's involved with woolich racing auto tune and ecu flash setup. Enjoy or don't. I could care less. I love my bike. Also, since i didn't mention them in the video, i went with the woodcraft super bike lifters over spools for two reasons, first the spools can and do crack at the welds and can come off, its never good to have to have your frame welded since the heat cycle can weaken the structure, second, the super bike lifters don't really require you to have to tilt your bike upright to use them, just get the stand under one of them and tilt back and the other one nearly always just falls into place, millage may vary and its best to exercise caution but this has been my experience. Also, the vortex 2.0 rear sets are designed for track use so do not come with a way to attach a brake light switch so when you see the foot brake lever you will notice a small hole drilled in the lever with a spring attached to it, this is attached to the original brake switch so i didn't need to drain and bleed my rear brake lines to install the banjo switch. Carbon fiber fairings were purchased from techcarbon, bestem usa and or made by me. 55 watt LED headlights and mini 2 inch projectors with Hi/Low cutoff were purchased locally from ddm tuning Huntington beach CA, I did the install and all mods and work has been done by me. Race Rails and rear passenger pegs were made to Order from Impaktech in Riverside CA and were powder coated to match at no additional cost by Impaktech. The cat delete and Shorty low mount exhaust were made to order by Two Bros racing out of Corona CA, the wide band o2 sensor bung was ordered from woolich racing who also supplied the log box and wide band o2 controller and sensor as well as ecu flash kit. The levers were also made to order and picked up locally from ASV inventions in Huntington Beach CA, they are the C5 levers and come with a 5 year replacement warranty, even if you crash or if they fade etc they will replace them for you. Can not find another company that offers that for levers. Front axle sliders are woodcraft. gas cap and chain adjusters are Light tech, Silicone coolant lines were custom ordered and hand made with lifetime warranty from Sampco out of the UK. The tank grips (i know i said tank sliders) are tech-spec gripster and are hands down the most grippy stomp pad/ tank grips i have ever come across. The 2018 ZX10R SE comes with semi active suspension that reads the road 1000 times a second (you read that right, one thousand) and uses integrated stroke sensors as well as solenoids to control the dampening instead of stepper motors so the reaction time is far quicker than any other bike on the market. I have also removed the ram air flap, all emission controls, stock o2 sensor, have custom fuel and timing maps per gear and by RPM and throttle position, modified engine braking maps, quick shift up and down, exhaust servo removed, K&N race air filter, Block Off Plates, EK green metallic X ring chain, green sprocket nuts, green laser engraved Ninja logo windscreen bolts, anodized green fairing kit with torx heads, Pirelli SC1 200/60 super bike rear slick, plate hider and custom NOS setup (no progressive controller yet). LED tank accent lighting both green and UV, multi color multi pattern LED headlight accent lighting and demon eyes for the projectors, LED are 55 watt each. Spike bolts were eBay specials lol. Paint is self healing from the Kawasaki factory, it also came with marchasini wheels and the RR rotors and ECU and calipers. Brembo M50 monoblok caliper in the front on dual 330 mm rotors. Brembo master cylinders front and rear, Brembo stainless steel braided lines as well, abs, kibs, ktrac, corner management and Bosch 5 axis plus one ecu. Have live telemetry via kds to odb2 adapter and torque pro app, GPS and cellular tracking by R-Link, Scorpio rfid key less alarm with two way remote and remote kill/ no start without fob. Woodcraft key switch eliminator harness. Louie Moto seat covers, saddelmans gel handmade leather gel seat under the covers. Pro-grip grips, Integrated LED tail light with Blinkers, TPMS sensors front and rear, and more that i cant remember right now. I have put some time and effort into this bike. Also, the laptop is an asus ROG with a core i7 and 16 gig of ddr4, 512 Nvme ssd and RTX 2070 8 GB etc so it is not the laptop going slow at the end, just way too many data points selected for the program to process at once.
