I use pre-cooked, frozen beef:
Refried Beans in Instant Pot:
- I use water instead of chicken broth to make it vegetarian

Broccoli Cheese Soup:
Ingredients:
1 lbs Velveeta Queso Blanco
3 cups milk
1 cup water
32 oz frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup diced carrots
½ large or 1 small diced onion
3 tbsp butter
Salt and Pepper
Directions: Sautee carrots, onion and butter to soften. Add to crock pot once soft. Add all other ingredients. Stir as best as possible. Cook on low 4-8 hours. Very flexible and can be left longer than 4 hours. Serve with bread.

I used vegetable stock instead of beef. Also, I melted cheese on stove top instead of microwave using cast iron skillet.
