Gambino soldier Riccardo (Richie) Cefalu, a little-known, but influential member of the crime family's powerful Sicilian faction has died of natural causes at the ripe old age of 92. Cefalu who died January 23 and was laid to rest last week, was a very old-school wiseguy who, despite his low-key profile, shared at least one trait with John Gotti, the late onetime swashbuckling Mafia boss who took over the Gambino crime family in 1985.
Cefalu, exuded the same give-no-quarter, ask-for-none mantra espoused by the Dapper Don !
