Kim Kardashian West has recently launched SKIMS (formerly known as Kimono). The new name was announced in August of 2019 and the line is taking a new approach to shape-enhancing undergarments including bras, bralettes, thongs, pasties, shapewear, and other underwear products. Kim Kardashian West has been working on this concept for the last few years before announcing the launch of her line. She wanted SKIMS to deliver a product that she herself would wear on an everyday basis. She loves reading everyone’s responses and SKIMS reviews as well as seeing all the amazing social media posts from people who have purchased SKIMS shapewear and underwear. The name SKIMS incorporates Kim Kardashian West's name obviously, but the undergarments also feel close to one’s skin, making the brand's name an awesome fit (no pun intended).
