Hearing loss is a hidden disability which can occur at any time to anyone. At the college we have students and staff who have hearing loss ranging from minor to profound. To raise awareness and enable everyone to have the opportunity to gain some basic signs, we have produced a short video which shows basic greetings, questions and even how to sign a fire alert. Please be aware that not all Deaf people are sign language users.
