Motorists passing through the Roxas Boulevard bay area need not fear anymore that their vehicles could be hit by garbage during the typhoon and habagat season. Meanwhile, an environment official believes the fecal coliform level of the Manila bay water will greatly decrease once the sewage treatment system along Roxas Boulevard is completed.
