Sky News host Paul Murray says the Democratic candidates who are “competing for the chance to lose to Donald Trump,” and to show they are the “new Obama [and] the next Hillary” will have to wait a little bit longer. Nine hours since the polls closed in the Iowa Caucuses, still no results have been declared as the state party administration struggles to count “a grand total of less than 200,000 votes”.
Mr Murray said although there are no official numbers available, it is “most likely Joe Biden had a shocker,” and Mayor Pete Buttigieg may appear as the “establishment lane candidate”.
