Japan's Diamond Cruise passengers may need to go through additional quarantine

In Japan, the number of confirmed cases of novel coronavirus infection on the Diamond Princess cruise ship, which is docked at Yokohama, has more than doubled over the past seven days. The ship was carrying some 3,700 passengers and crew. CGTN reporter Terrence Terashima has more on that.
