I used to take a iodine called nascent iodine (I have a video about it way back...) but the health food store where I buy my supplements no longer carried this kind. But they did had this kind I am showing in this video. I take one drop a day under my tongue. It is made from sea kelp not a man made chemical derived poison. Kelp iodine is the most potent source of iodine on the earth.

BTW I also eat dried sea kelp as a snack from time to time...

Iodine was discovered in 1797 by the french chemist Bernard Courtios.

Common Signs of Iodine Deficiency:
trouble producing saliva and properly digesting food
