This is a ritual I did for my daughter to banish nightmares. All ingredients will be listed below. The turnout was very successful after I reworked the spell. Please make sure that all items needed have been properly cleansed by ritual before using or placing on your altar. Place the blessed pouch and it’s contents inside the pillowcase of person experiencing nightmares.
List of ingredients:
1 small child size Bible
1 black taper candle
1 white taper candle
1 black permanent marker
1 black Obsidian stone
1 crystal quartz (clear or Smokey)
1 black velvet pouch
3 tsp of black witch’s salt
3 tsp of Vervain herbs crushed
A small knife
Open the Bible and draw a pentagram with the marker anywhere inside of it. Carve PROTECTION on the white candle. Carve NIGHTMARES on the black candle. Add the Bible, witch’s salt, vervain, and stones to the velvet pouch. Tie it tight. Place it on your altar and light the white candle first then the black candle.
Your intent is to banish the dark negative energy that is causing nightmares and to replace it with the white positive light and energy of Spirit or whatever deity you pray to. You can recite a chant spell or say a prayer. Repeat it 3x’s. Then close it and let your candles burn all the way through. Must discard any black residue remains in a running river or bury in a cemetery.
If your deity is someone other than Spirit/God then follow whatever other rituals/offerings needed first and if a circle of protection needs to be cast first.
