1 Tablespoon of ground flaxseed
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 handful of spinach
1 serving of liquid stevia
1/2 cup 1% milk
Strawberry Matcha Smoothie
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 Teaspoon of Matcha
1 cup of 2% greek yogurt
1/2 cup 1% milk

1 handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of bee pollen
1/4 avocado
Cinnamon Butternut Smoothie
1 cup of cooked butternut squash
1/2 banana
