Changes prompted by false nuclear alert will strengthen system: solicitor general

The province is blaming human error for a false alarm about an incident at the Pickering Nuclear Generating System sent out in January. Solicitor General Sylvia Jones says changes recommended after the fact will result in a more robust system.
