“You form these relationships with these students,” Jorie says. “You know their goals and their motivation. We want to really build that relationship right off the bat.”

“Students share with me their struggles and big life events,” she says. “Being able to see them grow as a student and turn into this nurse is probably one of the most amazing things I’m going to be able to ever witness.”
