Drone shots of a neighborhood with hundreds of homes beginning to flood. Streets are filled with water and many homes are expected to take on water as the river continues to rise. Streets are packed with dozens of moving vans and trucks as people race against time to get belongings out of homes before they are consumed by the Pearl River. Hinds County has issued a State of Emergency for the Jackson area as the Pearl is forecast to crest at it's 3rd highest level on record and highest crest in 37 years.
