Day 12 Carnivore Diet / Challenge. A great life lesson from my momma! Day 12 and we are cranking. Lifting hard, running, walking, not shaving, hitting up yoga, not drinking coffee, no dairy and no fapping and I completed day 5 of 1 meal a day. What an amazing 12 days it’s been! - I feel so good I just don’t even want to sleep. I’m too excited about what each day will bring. - Remember the diet is meat, eggs Bone broth, butter, salt, seasoning and if it’s not those things than it’s not 100% part of the plan. But even if you have cheese and plant like stuff such as tea or coffee..that doesn’t mean you’ll impede your results. However you may never know unless you go crazy strict.
