The shelter just got this little fluffer in. Pill was picked up nearly lifeless by animal control after a caller notified the shelter of a dog on the street in a nice part of town, not moving. The shelter vet immediately sedated her to try to get a handle on the extent of her injuries and clean her eyes. Both eyes are in terrible shape and may not be able to be saved. She is in horrible condition, severe corneal ulcers, ruptured anal gland, a mass/tumor on her cheek, etc. The shelter vet is very concerned about keeping this dog overnight with the amount of pain she is in, so they have called us to take her to the ER. She's up against a lot, and we are getting her to ER. Please donate to Pill
This dog needs expert critical care, and make no mistake-she is going to have it now. From the looks of it, she has been on her own for a very long time up until now.....
