MSF Workshop: Pro Forma Financial Statements This video is part of the Practical Corporate Financial Modeling course of Chulalongkorn Business School's MS Finance programme. The workshop is conducted by Bundit Kertbundit, alumnus of the FT #20 programme and of this class, who kindly returns to share his time and experience with us.

The purpose of this workshop is to introduce students to pro forma financial statements (also referred to as financial modeling), the process which is the basis for many financial decisions that management face.

In essence, financial modeling the process of translating business views / assumptions in to financial statements. The model can be used to ask many insightful questions, such as profitability, riskiness, solvency or valuation.

In this video, you will build a 3-statement financial model using information of the Erawan Group Public Company Limited (ERW). Bundit has graciously agreed to share the spreadsheets he created for this class and they can be found here:
