Imperium vs Undisputed Era continued with Alexander Wolfe who was receiving medical treatment.
The ref did give the X hand signal which all wrestling fans know signifies a real issue has occurred.
Triple H didn't provide any Alexander Wolfe injury update following WWE Worlds Collide 2020 but there were reports that he gained consciousness backstage but had a swelling on his neck that was making it hard to breathe.
