Hey guys what's up! So we're for some Hawkeye highlights and skill guide Okay so first thing you need to know about Hawkeye is that he is a late game hero.
I know that most marksmen are, but this guy really doesn't have any burst damage other than his basic attacks.
Stark Lord, Angel, even Rocket Raccoon already has a decent damage at early games. They can start bursting down opponents mid game.
However, Hawkeye has a basic attack fetish that's on a whole different level.
Most of his skills are focused on enhancing his basic attacks.
His first skill is the only real offensive skill that you have.
You also have your ultimate, but because of its very short range and low damage, it's more used as a dodging skill to avoid attacks, since you become completely immune to damage once you're in the air.
Anyway first is his passive skill
Your range and vision increases as you level up. This can really boost the range of your basic attacks.
Because it also increases your vision, you can detect enemies in the map in a much wider range.
So always check your map, since the enemy heroes can show up there even if they're still not on your screen.
You can also detect invisible opponents. For example, guys inside a bush.
You can see them, but remember that you still can't auto lock on that target.
That is unless you manually shoot at them with your first skill.
Also, it's only you who can see them, not your allies.
Next is your first skill
It lets you shoot an arrow in a specified direction. It slows down and damages opponents.
The damage has a delay, which is 1.5 seconds.
Next is your second skill
Yet another skill that will enhance your basic attacks.
Once you use this, you will automatically lock on an opponent that has the lowest HP.
You will receive a 15% attack speed bonus at lv 1 and 45% attack speed at max level.
It will also provide additional damage on your basic attacks. The damage it provides increases with level.
A part of its damage is based on the targets maximum HP, that means even Tanks will shy away from your attacks.
Next is your Ultimate
You jump backwards while shooting arrows.
One thing to know guys, the damage from your ultimate isn't that strong. Heck, even your first skill has more damage.
Your first skill actually provides almost double the damage.
So don't be relying on this skill to be your finisher.
What it is good for though is damage immunity.
As you jump back, you become immune to damage and crowd control effects.
Again guys, Hawkeye is a monster in late game. So be sure to survive and play it safe at the beginning of the match.
Just hang in there at the start and take comfort that you're gonna be whooping butts soon enough.
