Floods in Indonesia's capital kill 21 people and force thousands to evacuate | ABC News Twenty-one people have now died in Indonesia's capital Jakarta after heavy rain triggered flash floods and landslides.

Indonesia's state electricity company has shut off power in hundreds of city districts as four of those killed were electrocuted.

While the flooding is the worst in years, officials have warned there could be more to come.
