In this video, and the next two, I'm going to show you why if you carry a mortgage you should get rid of your bonds. Now, for the love of the Good Lord here, please remember EVERY situation is different. And as we used to say in the Army "situation dictates" so YOU may be different than me. But, by and large, it is my opinion that most people who are leveraged, i.e., they owe money on their home, would be better off, WELL better off actually, by only owning stocks in their portfolios.
