China, U.S. to resume semi-annual meetings

China is set to sign the long-awaited phase one trade deal with the United States on Wednesday. It could be a major breakthrough in the long-running trade war. The full terms have yet to be made public, but officials said it includes commitments by China to buy more U.S. goods, as well as further protections for intellectual property.
