Evan Lacey, 19, who went missing in December was found dead in a wooded-area, Arlington police confirmed Saturday. Police are investigating his death as a homicide, officials say.
"Our heart goes out to them," said Lt. Christopher Cook, of Arlington police. "We’ll pursue this case vigorously."
